Effective date: September 26, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of wpwebcore.com (the “Website”) and the web design, development, ecommerce, SEO, maintenance and mobile app services (the “Services”) provided by WP Web Core (“WP Web Core”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to clients in the United States and other countries. By using the Website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Our Website
- You may use the Website to learn about our Services and contact us.
- You agree not to misuse the Website, including trying to hack it, send spam or malware, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
- Information on the Website is for general purposes and may change without notice.
2. Quotes and Proposals
Quotes are free and are based on the information you give us. Prices on the Website are “starting at” prices in US dollars (USD). Your final price, scope, timeline and payment schedule will be set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
3. Payments
- Projects usually require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or before launch.
- All prices are in USD unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins, apps and stock assets, are not included unless stated in your proposal.
- We may pause work or delay launch if payments are overdue.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide content, images, logins and feedback on time. Delays on your side may extend the project timeline.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos, images or materials you send us.
- Review and approve designs and the website before launch.
5. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes the revisions described in your proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope, such as new pages or features, will be quoted separately before we start them.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- After full payment, you own the final website design and the custom content we create specifically for your project.
- Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain the property of their owners and are covered by their own licenses.
- We may reuse our general code, tools and know-how on other projects.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may show your completed project in our portfolio and marketing.
7. Hosting, Maintenance and Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for outages, changes, fees or data loss caused by third-party providers such as hosting companies, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, payment gateways or app stores. Ongoing updates, backups and security are covered only if you have an active maintenance plan with us.
8. SEO and Results
We use recognized best practices, but search engine rankings, traffic and sales depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, positions or results.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a project in writing at any time. Payments for work already completed are non-refundable. If you cancel before work starts, we will refund your deposit minus any costs already incurred, unless your proposal says otherwise. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, logins and project files confidential and use them only to deliver the Services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
11. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WP Web Core is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold WP Web Core harmless from claims arising from content or materials you provide, or from your use of the website we deliver in violation of any law.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state where the client’s business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it in good faith by contacting each other. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new effective date.
